I took the opportunity today to make a little noise in my home studio. I gave my new Tranzport Wireless Controller a good workout. This little “must have” accessory for my studio allows me to control my PC via a wireless connection while I’m in the other room playing guitar or drums. It displays what track I am recording on, has transport keys such as play, record, stop etc as well as a jog wheel. I use it for both editing audio for video production and audio recording. The good news is that it supports Adobe Audition as well as other software packages.
I doubt I could live without this little device now. It’s certainly stopped me from pressing record and running quickly between rooms!
